Latest developments in the realm of globalization

Reports from Russia:

On the territory of Russia there is currently being implemented a project to install the technology of automatic satellite identification of surface objects, and their navigation and monitoring through the use of GPS orbital satellites. As of March 2004, the company RussGPS has begun to install the American technology, called VeriChip, of radio frequency identification of people through the use of microchips inserted under the skin. The technology allows one to determine the precise location of any surface object, including a person with a subcutaneous microchip, on the entire territory of the globe, and simultaneously track the surface objects, including people, who are linked to this technology.

The realization and installation of the above-mentioned technology on the territory of Russia is being done by the company RussGPS, which is the Russian branch of the American GPS company. A Russian military system called GLONASS has been created, which is compatible with the GPS system of American navigational satellites, while in the M. Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics, which belongs to the Russian Academy of Sciences, there is a constantly functioning GLS/GLONASS base station with an entry into the Internet.

How does the RussGPS system provide the monitoring function?

At any moment in time, with the aid of the RussGPS system, the master of this system can learn the location, direction, and rate of movement of all the people who are in contact with him by means of subcutaneous microchips and ready to fulfill his directives. Automobiles are also under his control: a single touch of the button – and RussGPS will turn off the engine, block the doors, or perform any other action planned by the master of the system, including killing a person or forcing him to commit any requisite action with the aid of a signal sent to the subcutaneous microchip. At the same time the person’s will shall be mercilessly suppressed by means of electronic signals through the microchip. All these actions will be ordered by an unknown and uncontrolled operator.

Findings on the possibility of influencing the psyche and physiology of a person by means of subcutaneous microchips were presented by a European ethics group at the European Union, but at the same time it was cynically noted that this should not be an impediment to the insertion of the chips under people’s skin, if it is allowed by the internal legislation of member countries of the European Union.

So who is the master of this system, at the base of which lies monitoring and control from military navigational satellites? It is clear that the Russian users of this system are not its masters, since they themselves are under constant threat of hostile influence. The master of the system will be the forthcoming world government and eventually the global dictator whose coming is now being prepared by the world government. Our entire government apparatus will be taken over by transnational structures with the help of such programs as the “Electronic Russia” program that is currently being installed, and full power will be handed over to the world government.

It should be noted that among the users of this technology in the field of official information are Russian Federation organs of federal and regional power.

The use of the above technology allows the master of the system to monitor relayed information at all stages of its transmission. The users of the system are Russian ministries and agencies, who have thus come under the control and oversight of the electronic system of foreign organizations.

The technology that is being installed functions simultaneously with the aid of the American military GPS satellites, the wireless mobile system (GSM and others), and the use of the internet as one of the channels for operational transfer of the information that is passing through the system. Thus the military GPS satellites, the wireless mobile system (GSM and others), and the internet computer network form a single universal system for operational cross-border transmission of any information whatsoever, including that which may be used to the detriment of Russia and its citizens.

The above-mentioned project is advertised and implemented on the territory of Russia with the help of announcements through open sources of information, including the internet sites of relevant companies (RussGPS, VeriChip, electronic angel), and ads and information in the mass media (television, radio, newspapers).

The use of the above technology presupposes the insertion of microchips into people’s bodies, primarily officers of law-enforcement agencies and special services, in order to constantly monitor them and control their activity. Already two years ago the possibility of implementing the procedure for microchip insertion into employees of enforcement agencies was announced by Loginov, the Russian Federation government representative to the National Duma, in an interview with the St. Petersburg radio station “Slovo.”

The existing situation is being pseudo-legally secured by the passing through the National Duma and the RF Federation Council and adoption of the law “On personal data,” and the passing and adoption of a packet of other laws related to the ratification of the European Council convention on issues of automatic processing and transmission of personal data.

Moreover, it is possible to achieve a cross-border transfer of all the information appearing in the system to hostile computer systems (such as the system of recording, monitoring, and controlling people, known as the “Beast,” in Brussels and Luxemburg, et al), in order to ensure control over the Russian nation and its population from hostile computer centers abroad.

Together with the above laws, the technical base that is being formed allows the establishment of complete transnational hostile technical oversight and control of the entire population of Russia, its government organs, and the country’s material resources, followed by a complete seizing of power on the territory of Russia by transnational world government structures.

Prototype of the seal of Antichrist?

The American press confirms:

VeriChip Corp, a company based in Florida and described by the D.C. Examiner as “one of the most aggressive marketers of radio frequency identification chips,” is hoping to convince the Pentagon to allow them to insert the chips, known as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chips under the skin of the right arms of U.S. military personnel, to enable them to scan the arm and obtain that person’s identity and medical history. The device is usually implanted in an individual’s right arm or hand. The VeriChip responds with a unique 16-digit number, which can correlate the user to information stored on a database for identity verification, medical records access, and other uses. The insertion procedure is performed under local anesthetic, and once inserted it is invisible to the naked eye. The company, which the Examiner notes has powerful political connections, is “in discussions” with the Pentagon. Company officials have touted the chips as versatile, able to be used in a variety of situations, such as helping track illegal immigrants. The Department of State has now started to issue electronic passports (e-passports) equipped with RFID chips.

The Examiner notes that the idea of implanting chips in live bodies has some veterans’ groups and privacy advocates worried. Liz McIntyre, co-author of “Spychips: How Major Corporations and Government Plan to Track your Every Move with RFID,” said that VeriChip is “a huge threat” to public privacy. “They’re circling like vultures for any opportunity to get into our flesh,” McIntyre told the Examiner. “They’ll start with people who can’t say no, like the elderly, sex offenders, immigrants, and the military. Then they’ll come knocking on our doors.”
